    1) Garth Brooks celebrated his wife Trisha Yearwood's birthday this week by baking her a cake . . . the first one he'd ever made.  They brought it out and tried a piece during his weekly Facebook livestream.  He seemed surprised that it actually tasted pretty good. (Here's a photo, and the livestream.)

    2) Tim McGraw wished Faith Hill a happy 56th birthday yesterday and, wow, he didn't hold back.  Her called her the love of his life, his partner, best friend, and he ended with this:  Quote,  "You light up every room you walk into, you light up my heart and soul.  I love you more than I could ever express in a million years."

    3) Toby Keith is releasing a greatest hits album of songs that he wrote ALONE. There are 13 of them, including "Should've Been a Cowboy""He Ain't Worth Missing", and "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue". It's called "100% Songwriter", and it'll be out November 3rd.  (CMT)

    4) Luke Combs shared some cute photos from a "morning jam sesh" with his one-year-old son, Tex.
