1) Megan Moroney joined Lady A onstage for their song "American Honey". Megan posted a video of the performance and said, quote, "Who's gonna tell baby Meg that she's gonna grow up and get to sing with Lady A."
2) In case you missed it, Luke Combs performed a cover of Morgan Wallen's "Thought You Should Know" at last week's BMI Country Awards. They both won the Songwriter of the Year award. (Full Story)
3) Charles Kelley of Lady A believes country music's surge in popularity can be traced back to today's artists being immersed in all genres of music when they were growing up. He says the mixtapes they would make back in the day would sample music from a wide variety of artists. (Billboard)
