No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.  This contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry and reside in the KJUG-FM listening area, defined herein as Tulare, Fresno and Kings Counties in California.  

The contest will begin on 3/28/2022  and ends on 4/29/2022.   

The prize is a $50 gift card for gasoline, to be used at the designated retail gasoline location.  30 prizes will be awarded in this contest. KJUG may, at stations discretion, award a cash prize of $50 instead of the pre-paid gas card. 

A contestant may enter the contest by listening to KJUG-FM Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 7:00pm.  Listeners will be told when to call the KJUG CONTEST LINE at 559-622-1440 and be caller number twenty-five (25) to win the $50 gift card.  

One a contestant has won a free gas card, they will be entered into a drawing for a CONCERT GETAWAY drawing, to be held each Friday evening on April 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2022.  The winner of each drawing will receive 2 tickets to a concert in California, a $100 gas card, and an overnight hotel room at the concert destination.  Four prizes will be awarded in the CONCERT GETAWAY drawings.  Value of each prize is approximately $500.

Only one person per household may win a $50 gas card in this contest, and may only win one time.  Momentum Broadcasting is not responsible for incomplete or lost connections during contesting due to miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions, or other technical difficulties or failures.  Momentum Broadcasting is not responsible for contestants’ failure to be present at grand prize drawing and therefor ineligible to win.

All prizes awards are “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable.   All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. The station will issue an IRS Form 1099 to individuals who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in a given calendar year.

Employees, agents, and affiliates of Momentum Broadcasting, its subsidiaries, contest sponsors, associated companies, other radio, television and print advertising companies serving the KJUG-FM listening area as defined above and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win this contest. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.

Unless otherwise stated, the odds of winning any Momentum Broadcasting station contest depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the number of participants participating at any given time.  

To claim a prize, individuals must appear in person at the Station at the address identified above during regular business hours and within ten (10) business days of winning, or within ten (10) business days of being informed that the prize is available and ready for pickup, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts to the Station to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize. To claim a prize, a winner must present proper identification.  

All entrants and winners agree to assign the Station and its licensees, affiliates, and successors the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Station deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants and winners release, discharge, and agree to hold the Station harmless from all claims they may have against the Station in connection with the foregoing. All entrants and winners further acknowledge that the Station owns or will own exclusively any photographs of them used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all entrants and winners assign all such ownership rights to the Station.

Individuals can obtain a winners list five (5) days after the conclusion of any Station contest by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Station at the address first written above.
