This contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry and reside in the KJUG-FM listening area, defined herein as Tulare, Fresno and Kings Counties in California.
The contest will begin on April 11, 2023 and end on May 3, 2023..
The prize is a one night hotel stay at the Tenaya Lodge Yosemite in Fish Camp, CA, and two entries into the KJUG COUNTRY CAMPOUT CONCERT at the Gold Rush BBQ in Sequoia Grove at the Tenaya Lodge. There will be 15 prizes awarded in this contest.
A contestant may enter the contest by listening each weekday to KJUG COUNTRY at 7:30am to find out the COUNTRY CAMPOUT SONG OF THE DAY. The next time the song is played on KJUG that day before 6pm, caller 25 will win the prize. The only telephone number to win the prize is 559-622-1440.
Momentum Broadcasting is not responsible for incomplete or lost connections during contesting due to miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions, or other technical difficulties or failures.
All winners in this contest must be 18 years of age or older. Winner is responsible for incidental charges at the Tenaya Lodge, including a resort fee charged to each room upon check-in. Winner is responsible for presenting a credit or debit card upon check-in for incidental charges. All prizes awards are “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable, and the contest winner cannot award their prize to someone else.. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. The station will issue an IRS Form 1099 to individuals who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in a given calendar year.
Contest winners are bound by Momentum Broadcasting general contest rules, except where otherwise noted in the KJUG COUNTRY CAMPOUT official contest rules. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Momentum Broadcasting, its subsidiaries, contest sponsors, associated companies, other radio, television and print advertising companies serving the KJUG-FM listening area as defined above and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win this contest. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.
Unless otherwise stated, the odds of winning any Momentum Broadcasting station contest depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the number of participants participating at any given time.
To claim a prize, individuals must appear in person at the Station at the address identified above during regular business hours and within ten (10) business days of winning, or within ten (10) business days of being informed that the prize is available and ready for pickup, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts to the Station to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize. To claim a prize, a winner must present proper identification.
All entrants and winners agree to assign the Station and its licensees, affiliates, and successors the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Station deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants and winners release, discharge, and agree to hold the Station harmless from all claims they may have against the Station in connection with the foregoing. All entrants and winners further acknowledge that the Station owns or will own exclusively any photographs of them used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all entrants and winners assign all such ownership rights to the Station.
Individuals can obtain a winners list five (5) days after the conclusion of any Station contest by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Station at the address first written above.
