Bill Morland talks about The Avenue Of Flags in Visalia schedule for Monday Memorial Day . The program will be under the Pavilion at the Cemetery 1300 West Goshen, at The Visalia Public Cemetery. 

The event will start at 10:00am with the  presentation of colors by Naval Sea Cadets: story of service , music and song by Redwood  High School, laying of wreaths, prayer and the release of remembrance doves, there will be a rifle salute and echo Taps at the Conclusion of the Ceremony.
