Taylor Swift has just released “New Year’s Day,” the final track on her new album reputation, to country radio.

Taylor’s record label home sent the piano ballad to country stations nationwide Wednesday (11/15/2017) after her performance of the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
