Voting for the 47th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS “Entertainer of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year” categories is now open. Fans can cast their votes now by going to www.voteACM.com. Voting for “New Artist of the Year” will close at 8:00p (ET) right before the show airs live on THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK, with voting for “Entertainer of the Year” closing during the third hour of the broadcast.
Nominees for “Entertainer of the Year” are JASON ALDEAN, KENNY CHESNEY, BRAD PAISLEY, BLAKE SHELTON and TAYLOR SWIFT. Rounding out the “New Artist of the Year” category is BRANTLEY GILBERT, HUNTER HAYES and SCOTTY MCCREERY.
Fans can also watch the CBS original series “Road to the ACM AWARDS” featuring “New Artist of the Year” nominees BRANTLEY GILBERT, HUNTER HAYES and SCOTTY MCCREERY by going to www.cbs.com/ ACMs. The five-webisode series will take viewers behind the scenes during the final weeks leading up to the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS.
